Technical trainer Analyst Developer
Location : FNZ India
The role
As an Analyst Developer (AD) Technical Trainer, you will be a key part of our FNZ Academy and will be responsible for the development of our testers.
You will :
- Be an experienced technical trainer or an expert Analyst Developer
- Be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of developers at all levels across our business
- Contribute to the design and delivery of an engaging technical learning curriculum, using a blended approach of training sources to ensure an accelerated and proactive route to excellence for our Analyst Developers
- This is a rare opportunity working within the FNZ Academy to share your Testing know-how and inspire fellow Analyst Developers through teaching best practices and improving the quality assurance capability within FNZ.
The responsibilities will include :
- Developing and owning all technical training activities internally and externally for FNZ Analyst Developers around the globe, with the primary focus on India
- Ensuring a robust AD Technical Training onboarding roadmap for all new joiners and current staff Managing the PW Skills and PowerBi Analyst Tester Skills data to identify gaps, opportunities and mitigate key person dependencies
- Coordinating Analyst Developers to provide technical training to accelerate the overall delivery of the Analyst Developers effectiveness technical training programme
- Implementing the Competency Skills Management framework, including the identification, assessment, validation, movement between levels and route to competency for our Analyst Developers within APAC-India and globally
- Continuously review and update the Analyst Developer technical training framework and strategy to make sure it is efficient and relevant and demonstrating ROI
- Tailored training and support in identified domain areas for new joiners and employees in their specific domain model journeys, as well as targeted guidance in the development and delivery of the domain learning curriculum

- Providing SLT level dashboard data and MI to evidence impact, progress and plans of the Technical Training programme.
What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate ?
- Previously worked in the technical training space (commercial or pedagogical experience preferred)
- Is fluent in multiple programming languages, especially with Microsoft development products (including C#/VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC and SQL Server), jQuery, Java, CSS.
- Is familiar with financial products and markets, and understands web services
- Has prior experience with code analysis or automated testing tools
- Values autonomy and independence and takes pleasure in a self-directing work style
- Is passionate about creating innovative solutions.

- Is results focused striving for excellence personally, but also has mentoring and coaching capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written in English
