Job Role & Responsibilities:

● Talent Acquisition:

○ Be involved in the recruitment process for various levels, from sourcing

candidates to onboarding.

○ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop

effective recruitment strategies.

○ Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the

renewable energy sector.

○ Implement and manage a streamlined onboarding process to ensure

new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.


● Employee Handbook and Policies:

○ Develop and update the employee handbook, ensuring it reflects the

company's culture and complies with legal requirements.

○ Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a

positive work environment and align with business objectives.

○ Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and

procedures.

● Strategic HR Initiatives:

○ Collaborate with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives, including

workforce planning, talent management, and organizational

development.

○ Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies

that align with the company’s growth and business objectives.


● Compensation & Benefits:

○ Assist in designing competitive compensation and benefits packages

that attract and retain top talent.

○ Conduct market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation and

benefits offerings are competitive.

● Business Support:

○ Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on HR-related matters.

○ Support various HR initiatives, including employee engagement,

performance management, and training and development.

○ Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to the CHRO and leadership

team to drive informed decision-making.


Key skills and Experience:


● Education: MBA HR

● 4-8 years of experience

● Must be from Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector

● Proficient in MS Office

● Excellent Communication skills

● Excellent academic background.

● Must have worked in a Small/medium-sized multinational setup, preferably in

operating companies backed by PE funds.

● Should be willing to work across various functional areas within HR

● Should be agile and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic

● Ability to manage conflict and handle stress
