Manager – Human Resources
- To oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for Modular Kitchen Business.
- Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
- To determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations.
- Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.
- Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Design and implement company policies.
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Manage and drive effectively on-boarding of the new joined candidates ensuring a high-level experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment
- Experience in Modular Kitchen industry preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suit
