We work with esteemed clients such as Kokilaben Hospital, Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital, and Tata ACTREC, and we are excited to partner with professionals to shape the future of healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities as per the territory coverage. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing coverage. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clinical and administrative staff. Market and Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the full suite of AI-based ECG products, with an emphasis on the clinical benefits and technical features of the product. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in cardiovascular diagnostics. Articulate the value proposition of AI-based ECG solutions, demonstrating how they improve clinical workflows, patient management, and revenue streams. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), cardiologists, hospital procurement managers, and other decision-makers. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing exceptional customer support, training, and troubleshooting assistance. Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional society meetings. Administrative and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system. Provide Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of successful sales experience in the medical device or diagnostic industry. Essential: -Direct experience selling diagnostic equipment or solutions, particularly in cardiology or related fields (e.g., ECG devices, Holter monitors, stress test systems, cardiac ultrasound). -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. -Experience working with and selling to diagnostic chains, cardiology departments, private practices and home care.Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and purchasing processes.
