Role Overview :We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead - SAP Ariba to manage procurement transformation projects.This role involves leading SAP Ariba implementations, managing integrations with SAP MM, and overseeing RICEFW developments.The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on SAP Ariba expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise procurement solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.- Oversee and manage a team of SAP consultants (functional and technical).- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with SAP MM and backend ERP systems.- Oversee the development of RICEFW objects.- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and timelines.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the team.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and governance policies.- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay).- Solid experience with SAP MM and RICEFW components.- Proven leadership experience in managing SAP teams and projects.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.Preferred Skills :- Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.- Familiarity with cloud procurement platforms.- PMP or SAP certification in Ariba is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
