SAP Ariba with modules Strategic Sourcing Supplier Management Contract Management Procurement Guided Buying Spend Management Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba Lead consultant with SAP Ariba modules Supplier Management Contract Management Procurement Guided Buying experience executing and delivering a complex transformation project from SAP ECC to SAP S 4HANA The candidate will be responsible for the design implement deploy complete SAP Ariba solution with integration with SAP S 4HANA while providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the configuration build testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP Ariba and S 4HANA The current solution of GEP with SAP ECC will be transformed to Ariba with S 4HANA Key Responsibilities Functional and Technical Consulting Good experience in Ariba SCC and can be client facing As Ariba Lead collaborate with business stake holders to understand procurement and supply chain collaboration processes and organization needs in this area Leading Workshops AS IS TO BE Process to map requirements from GEP Procurement platform to ARIBA B I and Ariba Supply chain collaboration Business Network The Lead explores and involves in designing implementing SAP Ariba modules Supplier Management Contract Management Procurement Guided Buying to achieve defined business goals The Lead is responsible for ensuring the SAP Ariba areas operates efficiently reliably and supports systems The Lead serves as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba and S 4HANA integration areas providing guidance and support to users and other team members Play crucial a role works closely with project management team ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Working with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of SAP Ariba solutions Using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues Balancing technical requirements with business needs constraints and Guides team in every functional and technical aspect Business Process Analysis and Optimization Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain departments to understand their processes and needs Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements as per SAP Standard Practices Ensure the SAP system is aligned with business Procurement operations and reporting requirements Testing Training and Support Develop and execute test plans scenarios and scripts to validate SAP Ariba configurations and functionalities Conduct system integration testing user acceptance testing and regression testing to ensure system reliability accuracy and performance Collaborate with business users to resolve issues address concerns and implement solutions to meet project objectives Train end-users on the functionality of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S 4HANA Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba issues Integration and Data Migration Ensure seamless integration of the Ariba modules with SAP S 4 HANA Procurement Supply Chain and Finance modules Oversee data management requirements data flow between Ariba and S 4HANA ensuring data integrity and accuracy Collaborate with data migration and technical teams on activities regarding data extraction transformation and loading into SAP S 4HANA during build test and cutover phases of the project Reporting and Analytics Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP tools Assist in the utilization of Ariba and SAP S 4HANA s embedded analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into business data Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Act as the primary point of contact for key business stakeholders including business users project sponsors and IT teams providing regular updates progress reports and presentations on project status and milestones Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements address concerns and obtain feedback throughout the transformation process Build and maintain strong relationships with clients fostering trust and confidence in the process and deliverables Skill Requirement Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field Master s degree preferred 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba modules implementation and support In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and S 4HANA integration and best practices with a minimum of 3 three Ariba project implementations integrating with SAP S 4HANA Excellent knowledge and experience with S4 Direct and Indirect Processes Master data Transactional data API XMLs etc Excellent knowledge and experience in Business network with PO collaboration Release Collaboration Invoice Collaboration SMI and all other Procurement Collaboration Processes Good knowledge on integration platforms CPI BTP Good Experience with Functional configurations in S4 Ariba B I and Business network Good knowledge and experience with Enhancing existing S4 to Ariba interfaces specifically with Ariba B I and Business network Good Experience with Supplier onboarding and working with Ariba Shared services teams Proven experience as a key team member in projects involving in all modules of SAP Ariba leveraging SAP tools during the transformation process Experience with other SAP modules and migration tools such as Data Migration Cockpit Procurement Supply Chain Inventory Management and Warehouse Management is a plus Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent documentation presentation skills Team management and project management skills Working Experience on GEP is a plus SAP S 4HANA SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable Primarily Remote with
