Position Title: Product Manager – SSD Distribution
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
Reports To: Business Head
Compensation: Up to 15 to 20 LPA (Based on Experience & Fit)
Job Purpose:
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets for the SSD product line.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners. ∙ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∙ Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners.
∙ Work closely with the sales & marketing team to execute promotions and product launches. ∙ Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
∙ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
∙ Provide product training and support to partners.
∙ Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
∙ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
∙ 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware distribution/sales (preferably SSD, storage, or PC components).
∙ Strong network with channel partners in the IT hardware industry.
∙ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ∙ Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
∙ Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
