
Product Growth Manager

Job Purpose:
The Product Growth Manager role involves creating strategic product plans to expand the business across Mobile APP & Web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with the organization's growth strategy, leveraging customer research, customer experience, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products that drive higher sales/retention.
- End-to-end ownership of delivering products in line with the roadmap, thinking holistically across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for engaging customers across different automated and human-assisted channels to address awareness gaps and friction points.
- Create clear user stories and product requirements, working with the team to design and wireframe products.
- Capture knowledge from prior experience in Mobile APP and launch new products and business lines.
Funnel Optimization:
- Define and improve metrics for product-related performance, including activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue.
- Perform detailed product analysis covering the product management funnel, improving various aspects of customer experience, such as early marketing impressions and new account onboarding.
- Determine and monitor the effects of metric optimization, driving retention strategies and increasing DAU, MAU, and reducing Churn.
P&L Management:
- Maximize customer lifetime value by managing the lifecycle and increasing retention.
- Increase the sales ratio for both Credit and Fee products.
- Manage the marketing budget across channels and ensure blended CAC is within the target range.
- Manage the P&L for certain business lines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Interact with cross-functional teams to drive the growth agenda and ensure correct implementation of product growth hacks.
- Lead discussions with external stakeholders and channel partners during engagement calls.
- Role requires high-level cross-functional interaction to successfully drive product growth initiatives.
