About SpotDraft
SpotDraft is an end-to-end CLM for high-growth companies. We are building a product to ensure convenient, fast and easy contracting for businesses. We know the potential to be unlocked if legal teams are equipped with the right kind of tools and systems. So here we are, building them.
Currently, customers like PhonePe, Chargebee, Unacademy, Meesho and Cred use SpotDraft to streamline contracting within their organisations. On average, SpotDraft saves legal counsels within the company 10 hours per week and helps close deals 25% faster.
Job Summary:
A Customer Success Associate (CSA) for SpotDraft, would play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and success with the product. Here is a sample job description for the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Education & Training: Educate clients on new features, best practices, and strategies to optimize their use of SpotDraft.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring quick resolutions and excellent service quality.
- Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to improve product features, functionality, and customer experience.
- Renewals & Expansion: Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to expand customer usage of SpotDraft’s services, aiming for renewals and account growth.
- Customer Health: Proactively monitor and analyze customer health indicators, business goals and renewal dates, and develop strategies for joint success.
- Strategy Build: Conduct Business Reviews with economic sponsors, program managers and business stakeholders for the purpose of reviewing results, sharing partnership feedback, and aligning on go-forward strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology environments.
- Or Someone how is eager to learn and develop skills and showcases strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients of various technical levels.
- Tech-savvy and quick learner, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of a complex software product, preferably within the legal space.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and address them before they impact the customer experience.
- Bonus: Understanding of the legal tech landscape, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, or legal operations.
