About the Role:

An international beauty brand is looking for a Marketing Head to lead its retail marketing and brand-building efforts in India. This role is perfect for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of premium beauty, consumer trends, and omnichannel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement

✅ Lead retail marketing campaigns to enhance in-store experiences and boost sales

✅ Oversee product launches, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns

✅ Drive D2C and omnichannel marketing, ensuring seamless customer journeys

✅ Manage P&L, marketing budgets, and ROI-driven initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or Luxury Retail

✔️ Retail marketing experience is a must

✔️ Strong expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, and experiential retail

✔️ Proven track record in scaling international brands in India

✔️ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
