Job Description: Group Head – Client Servicing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Head – Client Servicing to lead and manage our client relationships while driving innovative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of brand management, and the ability to lead teams in delivering impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Strategize and oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Work closely with internal teams, including planning, creative, and media, to drive high-quality deliverables.
Present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and execution plans to clients with confidence and expertise.
Oversee budget planning, campaign forecasting, and financial management for client accounts.
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Ensure timely delivery of reports, way-forward documents, and creative briefs, maintaining a high standard of work.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
8-12 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not a media, event, or digital agency).
Proven expertise in brand strategy, planning, and management.
Strong background in client servicing, account management, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in creative conceptualisation and execution with a logical and analytical approach.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presentation ability.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-driven approach.
