Job Title: Software Lead - Project Management

Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented Software Lead with strong project management skills. The Software Lead - Project Management will be responsible for managing software development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
  • Manage and allocate project resources effectively
  • Evaluate project results and implement process improvements
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Prior experience as a software lead or project manager/Lead
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • 10+ years of C# .NET Development Experience
  • Ability to develop in Angular 7+
  • Hands-on database design along with proficient SQL knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Architectural level of Exposure
Location - Mumbai, India with availability to travel to i.e., Saudi Arabia on long term basis
