Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes. Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performanceWhat You Bring: Must have experience hiring for design and media roles. 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruiting across both generalist and technical roles.
