The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring forCommercial Underwritingand related roles, along with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment.Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate functions, with a strong focus onCommercial Underwriterhiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and professional networks. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit. Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy. Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.Requirements 2–3 years of experience incorporate recruitment(mandatory). Prior experience in hiring forCommercial Underwriteror BFSI-related roles preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a1:00 PM IST shiftto align with global teams.Compensation CTC:Up to ₹8 LPA (Fixed – No negotiation)
