We are expanding our HR team to enhance our internal recruitment and people operations processes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions for our in-house teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth hiring and operational processes aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.Post openings on , Indeed, and other platforms; manage direct candidate outreach.Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and transparent communication.HR OperationsHandle onboarding, employee documentation, and background verification.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Support attendance, shift rosters, and leave management processes.Assist with payroll coordination and HR policy compliance.Process & CoordinationUpdate and maintain HR & TA SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.Prepare regular MIS and recruitment reports.Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Training teams for smooth cross-functional coordination.Contribute to employee engagement and communication initiatives.Qualifications & Skills1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools preferred.Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.Why Join UsOpportunity to grow in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.Exposure to global HR processes and best practices.Supportive, fast-paced, and growth-oriented work culture.
