Poetic Brands is looking for a talented and driven 
Senior Apparel Designer (

Licensed Apparel)
 to join our growing design team If you have a passion for fashion, creativity, and licensed products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be creative, design and development of licensed apparel collections from concept to final product
  • Create and manage detailed tech packs for production
  • Ensure timely approval submissions and compliance with licensing requirements
  • Research market trends and consumer preferences to drive innovative and commercial designs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Minimum 
    8 + years of experience
     in the fashion/apparel industry
  • Strong knowledge of 
    licensed products
    , approval processes, 
    tech packs
    , and garment construction
  • Proficient in 
    Adobe Illustrator
     and 
    Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of fabric, trims, print techniques, and washes
  • Strong 
    creativity
    , attention to detail, and ability to translate trends into commercial designs
  • Excellent 
    communication
     and 
    time management
     skills
  • Ability to thrive in a 
    fast-paced
    , collaborative environment
