Goodscore Raises Series AAbout the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveFinance Executiveto join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient inExcel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principleswith a strong understanding ofGST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management .Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations includingAccounts Receivable (AR)andAccounts Payable (AP) . Record and reconcilejournal entriesand maintain thegeneral ledger . Ensure timely and accurate processing ofinvoices, vendor payments, and collections . HandleGST, TDS compliance, and related filings . Assist inmonth-end and year-end closing activities , including reconciliations and financial reporting. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records inZoho Books/Zoho Finance . Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.Requirements Bachelor’s degree inCommerce, Finance, or Accounting . 1–3 years of experiencein finance and accounting roles. Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance . Proficiency inMS Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) andZoho Books/Finance . Hands-on experience injournal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure . Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication skills.Work Mode Location:Bellandur, Bangalore Work Type:On-site, 5 days a week
