We’re on a mission to build the future of online shopping, and we’re looking for exceptional creative talent to join us.What you’ll do?- Creative Vision & Strategy: Define the visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity. - Hands-on Design: Develop and deliver high-quality creative outputs including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing collaterals. - Concept Development: Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns. - Quality & Consistency: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity. - Trend Spotting: Stay updated with global design and motion trends, and apply them to elevate our creative work.Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields. - Experience: 3-4 years in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands. - Hands-On Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools. - Motion Graphics Advantage: Candidates with motion graphics/animation skills will be given preference. - Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment.Who will excel?At noon, we believe “noon isn’t for everyone.
