We craft journeys where luxury, sport, and storytelling converge.Our mission is to redefine how discerning global audiences and brands experience hospitality, transforming moments of access into memories of belonging.As we grow our design team, we’re looking for a Creative Designer who can translate Avora’s spirit of sophistication and adventure into timeless, world-class visuals.The RoleThis is not a typical design role.As Avora’s Creative Designer, you will shape how the brand is seen and felt across platforms: from digital campaigns and social stories to on-ground experiences, event collateral, and brand films.You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to develop visual narratives that capture the essence of elegance, motion, and exclusivity.What You’ll Do- Conceptualise and design campaign visuals for social, digital, and print media that reflect Avora’s luxury aesthetic. - Develop high-impact creative assets: brochures, pitch decks, event kits, invites, and digital presentations that elevate our brand partnerships. - Create and edit short-form videos and reels that tell immersive brand stories. - Maintain and evolve Avora’s brand identity and design language across touchpoints. - Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to bring campaign ideas and event themes to life visually. - Research design, fashion, sport, and hospitality trends to keep Avora’s visual output global and relevant. - Manage multiple creative projects with speed, structure, and impeccable attention to detail.What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer in luxury, lifestyle, or experiential marketing. - A refined sense of aesthetics, typography, and storytelling, more than just design skills. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools. - Strong grasp of video editing and motion graphics. - Experience designing for both digital and print platforms. - Comfort working in a fast-moving, creative environment where ideas evolve rapidly. - Curiosity for the worlds of sport, fashion, design, and travel and how they intersect.Why Avora- Be part of a brand redefining luxury sports experiences for a global audience. - Work on creative assets showcased at elite events around the world. - Collaborate directly with leadership and creative partners, shaping Avora’s visual future. - Gain exposure to international brands, athletes, and partners. - Experience a culture that celebrates creativity, autonomy, and craft. - Competitive compensation with opportunities for growth and visibility.How to ApplySend us your portfolio, we want to see your eye, your range, and the stories your visuals tell.If you believe design can feel like an experience, not just look like one, we’d love to meet you.
