About The Job :

Job Title/ Role: Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 Functional Consultant.

Job Summary : SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 expert who has have 5+ years of experience SAP Success Factor and at least 1 full life cycle implementation, 1 support and testing experience.

The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.

Essential Job Functions :

- Understand high-level solution design and integration design.

The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities :

- Know onboarding end to end process.

- Understand and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.

- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables.

- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.

- Understand and participate in design workshops with the client.

- Analyze and provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases.

- Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors.

- Work with automation team to automate ONB test scripts.

- Design and prepare ONB 2.0 test scripts.

- Execute test scripts.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors- have done 1 end to end implementation of Onboarding 2.0, 1 support project and test project.

- To provide expertise in configuring Onboarding in terms of global business requirements.

- Should understand country specific localizations.

- Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models - Succession data models, and MDFs, propagation data models.

- Strong expertise in Employee Central Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations.

- Strong expertise in Onboarding Program, tasks , configuring compliance forms.

- Expertise in configuring- cross boarding and off boarding scenarios.

- Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business.

- Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.

- Expertise in integration of internal modules Recruitment and Employee central.

- Should have extensively worked in XML.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing.

- Must have worked Instance Sync.

- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

- Experience with building- data migration strategy and- data management activities in SF.

- Must- have worked on Integrations with atleast one external- system- (Eg: R/3, External ATS, Active Directory, Service Now etc).

- Certification in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0 is a must.
