SAP MDM Consultant

Job Profile to represent the Production within the implementation of SAP. The focus of the role is to understand the business environment of the Production area and to "translate" requirements in order to enable the creation of value-added IT solutions and meet business needs and priorities at FLPL, at Hyderabad, India.

REQUIRED (Absolute criteria) : :

- Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science as minimum.

- Masters degree is (in years)

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in SAP Master Data Management preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- SAP Certified Application Specialist (Certification on Master Data Governance) is Knowledge On :

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (MM/PP/QM), and MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica).

- Be the 1st point of contact for the OneERP project team in their assigned domain.

- Participate in and contribute on several deliverables during the OneERP deployment.

- Experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with data standards during data migration

- Working experience of 23 years on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

- Participating in UAT and eventually accepting the new system in the assigned domain.

Technical Skills :

- The candidate should be detail-oriented and possess experience in Master Data Management activities, with the ability to lead the master data workstream during our SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- The candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all master data across business functions, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

- Define and implement the master data governance framework for SAP S/4HANA.

- Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and validation.

- Collaborate with functional teams (MM, PP, QM, SD, WM, FI/CO) to define master data requirements.

- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11).

- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for data extraction and transformation.

- Manage tools such as SAP MDG, LTMC, LSMW, and Data Services for data loading and validation.

- Establish and maintain data quality KPIs and dashboards.

- Support training and change management related to master data processes.

Roles & Responsibilities : AND JOB SPECIFIC :

- Responsible for Maintaining the manufacturing area Hygiene and cleaned condition.

- Responsible for ensuring of all-time readiness of manufacturing areas.

- Ensure that Planning, Warehouse, MES and GMP requirements are included in the scope of the project.

- Design future Production processes of the plant.

- Reviews and ensures consistency of projects scopes and priorities.

- Lead and contribute to the creation of the key decision and user acceptance test.

- Reports on progresses, risks and opportunities both from project and quality standpoints to a steering committee

- Lead appropriate escalations as the projects demand.

- Respect and make GMP standards be OneERP deployment :

- Be the 1st point of contact for the OneERP project team in their assigned domain.

- Participate and contribute several deliverables during the OneERP deployment.

- Ability to make decisions on future system capabilities, and/or manage decision making process within local stakeholders.

- Participating in UAT and eventually accepting the new system in the assigned OneERP deployment :

- Are an advocate of SAP to their Lead training to new and existing Users

- Learn and pass on key information to their Users about SAP and SOPs

- Act as an initial point of contact in identifying and managing any concerns Users have with accessing or navigating SAP.

- Can create ServiceNow incidents when they are unable to resolve a problem after checking with the Global Power User and available support resources.

- Support resolution of ServiceNow incidents

- Obtain additional training to further their knowledge of SAP.

- Strong IT skills : MSOffice (Excel) and SAP/Oracle are a must

- Fluent in English

- Any other compliance related policies

- Previous experience in Production, plant and in a regulated environment (Pharma, Food.)

- Previous experience of structured project management methodologies

Additional/ Preferrable Skills : (Desirable Criteria)

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA

- GAMP 5 or CSV training

- Data Governance or Data Stewardship certification

- Budgeting of Manufacturing department; monitoring and ensuring adherence of expenditure against the approved budget.

- Effective collaboration & implementation of responsibilities.

- Ability to interact & collaborate with customers from different Sites / operating groups for effective collaboration & implementation of responsibilities.

- Maintaining harmonious relationship with Managers & Staff of different departments.
