Role Overview
The Oracle MDM Architect / Oracle Product Cloud Specialist is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. This role collaborates closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
. MDM Strategy & Governance:
. Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud, establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains.
. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions support business goals and industry best practices.
. Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality standards across all master data domains.
. Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to ensure seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout business processes.
. Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
. Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accurate data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity.
. Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
. Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
. Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud MDM, PDH and ERP systems
. Proven track record in master data governance, data modeling, and process alignment
. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
. Expertise in data migration, integration, and quality assurance
