We are looking for a highly skilled MDM Lead to oversee and drive enterprise-wide Master Data Management initiatives.

The MDM Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing master data strategies across critical domains such as customer, product, supplier, and reference data.

This role requires strong expertise in MDM tools, data governance, data quality management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities :


MDM Strategy & Architecture :

- Define and implement the enterprise MDM roadmap, architecture, and standards.

- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of MDM solutions across domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Location, etc.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align MDM strategy with organizational goals.

Data Governance & Quality :


- Establish data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and quality management processes.

- Define rules for data standardization, enrichment, matching, merging, and survivorship.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, & Integration :

- Lead MDM tool configuration, deployment, and support (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, or

equivalent).

- Integrate MDM solutions with CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, BI, and downstream systems.

- Oversee data migration, synchronization, and reconciliation across multiple & Business Engagement :

- Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders, ensuring MDM adoption and usage.

- Collaborate with functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance) to

capture requirements.

- Conduct workshops, training, and awareness sessions for data stewardship.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement :

- Lead and mentor MDM developers, data analysts, and data stewards.

- Define KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of MDM initiatives.

- Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices in MDM and Data Governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related

field.

- 8 - 14 years of overall experience in Data Management / MDM, with at least 5 years in a lead

role.

- Hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, etc.

- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data integration best practices.

- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools.

- Experience in API-based and batch integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH).

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Domain expertise in Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Telecom.

- Experience in cloud-based MDM deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Certifications in Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, or Data Governance frameworks.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven data matching, cleansing, and enrichment solutions
