Job Summary: At Amenify, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the night hours, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise outside of regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Handle and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address client needs and concerns.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a night shift capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
