Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and addressing inquiries or concerns. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across departments, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal resources. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, production schedules, and client feedback. Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, including data entry, file management, and other tasks. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Excellent language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Experience in animation production or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A passion for animation and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
