Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
- Sell GST-related products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts to expand market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage purchase order renewals, work orders, billing, and collections.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective issue resolution.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall business Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in a regional or territory-based capacity.
- Demonstrated success in selling GST products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams
