Corporate Sales ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales - Growth & Alliances to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business clients, optimizing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Actively acquire targeted business clients by optimizing sales pipelines and sourcing new leads until successful engagement.- Lead Management: Schedule appointments with qualified leads, deliver product demonstrations, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation through outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding clients' needs, explaining product features and benefits, and addressing any concerns.- Database Management: Create and maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to ensure seamless follow-ups and customer interactions.- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively closing deals and consistently achieving sales quotas.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.- Responsible for End to End Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.- Proficiency in sales pipeline management.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to achieve targets.- Candidate from Tier I & Tier II College (B.tech / MBA) (ref:iimjobs.com)
