Description:About This PositionThe Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to meet our business goals.This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise.What are you going to do?- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met.- Proven work experience in end-to-end core IT recruitment and IT services businesses and Niche profiles.- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning and role requirements.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present regular reports to management.- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes and policies.- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.- Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met.- Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisitions, preparing JD with concern with Departments head.You Need To Have:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.- Proven experience in IT/technical hiring (preferred for IT service-based companies).- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
