The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and impactful training sessions that develop students' interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professional demeanour.Key Responsibilities Training Delivery : Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and etiquette. Personality Development : Coach students on personal grooming, poise, and body language to enhance their confidence and overall presentation. Etiquette Training : Provide instruction on corporate etiquette, dining etiquette, business networking, and professional decorum to prepare students for high-level professional settings. Tailored Training Programs : Develop and customize training modules to meet the diverse needs of students from various professional and social backgrounds. Assessments : Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide constructive feedback to students for improvement. Coaching & Mentorship : Serve as a mentor, guiding students on how to develop a polished personality, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in challenging situations. Stay Updated : Continuously update training materials based on current trends and practices in the corporate world, personal development, and soft skills. Training Materials : Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and handouts to support the training process.Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in soft skills training, personal development, or a similar role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A well-groomed, polished personality with impeccable etiquette and professional demeanor. Strong understanding of finishing school traits including elegance, poise, self-confidence, and social grace. Ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. Passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and grow both personally and professionally. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for virtual training sessions.Preferred Traits High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
