The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and impactful training sessions that develop students' interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professional demeanour.Key Responsibilities Training Delivery : Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and etiquette. Personality Development : Coach students on personal grooming, poise, and body language to enhance their confidence and overall presentation. Etiquette Training : Provide instruction on corporate etiquette, dining etiquette, business networking, and professional decorum to prepare students for high-level professional settings. Tailored Training Programs : Develop and customize training modules to meet the diverse needs of students from various professional and social backgrounds. Assessments : Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide constructive feedback to students for improvement. Coaching & Mentorship : Serve as a mentor, guiding students on how to develop a polished personality, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in challenging situations. Stay Updated : Continuously update training materials based on current trends and practices in the corporate world, personal development, and soft skills. Training Materials : Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and handouts to support the training process.Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in soft skills training, personal development, or a similar role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A well-groomed, polished personality with impeccable etiquette and professional demeanor. Strong understanding of finishing school traits including elegance, poise, self-confidence, and social grace. Ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. Passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and grow both personally and professionally.
