Hiring Lead Web Developer for execution of web projects based on Drupal CMS and PHP technologies. This role combines hands-on coding, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain complex Drupal-based websites and custom modules using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

- Oversee the work of developers, perform code reviews, and mentor team members to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and deliver projects on scope and schedule.

- Manage integrations with backend systems (such as CRM, financial systems), and ensure the interoperability of web applications.

- Maintain robust deployment, backup, escalation, and disaster recovery plans, ensuring site security and regulatory compliance.

- Plan and execute regular Drupal and PHP software updates, releases, and QA processes in an agile environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Drupal, PHP, and web development, proactively recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience, including enterprise-level solutions and custom module/theme development.

- Expert knowledge of PHP, Drupal, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

- Proficiency with modern development tools and workflows, including Git, Jira, and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins.

- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and security best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and proven leadership in mentoring and managing development teams.

- Experience integrating APIs and external services, and familiarity with technologies like Solr for search.

Soft Skills :

- Effective communicator across a range of stakeholders, including business users, managers, and technical staff.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget constraints.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Drupal development.

- Experience managing external developers or vendor relationships.

- Knowledge of accessibility, security compliance, and performance optimization.
