Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of real estate consultants. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on client Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of property consultants and sales executives.

- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team motivation and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.

- Ensure consistent lead generation and conversion Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs, recommend suitable property options, and close deals with high satisfaction rates.

- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiation meetings with prospective buyers and Intelligence:
