You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.Tasks:- Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java, and Spring Boot - Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs - Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture - Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives - Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability - Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellenceProfessional Requirements and Expertise:- 6+ years of experience in backend development - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservicesGood to have: Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integrationPersonal Skills:- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities - Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams - Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
