About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-driven Solutions Engineer with a strong background in architecture development and cross-functional technical collaboration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable and efficient technology solutions tailored to business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams, serving as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage end-to-end architecture design and implementation for enterprise-grade applications and platforms


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, business units) to gather technical requirements and design aligned solutions


- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in architecture best practices, tools, frameworks, and integrations


- Drive the adoption of standardized, reusable architecture frameworks to enhance consistency and efficiency


- Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation, diagrams, and implementation roadmaps


- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for scalability and performance


- Support pre-sales and customer solutioning discussions with technical expertise and product fitment


- Ensure architecture decisions align with long-term product and business goals


- Conduct regular architecture reviews and proactively identify gaps and improvement areas


Required Skillset :


- Strong expertise in architecture and solution design for distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications


- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including networking, compute, security, and deployment architecture


- Proficiency in system integration, microservices, RESTful API design.


- Solid grounding in software development principles with experience in languages such as Python or Node.js.


- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is a plus


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills


- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


- Ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field


- Additional certifications in cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise architecture are a strong plus
