The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing,and supporting solutions within the healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) domain.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clientstakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet customer needs andenhance operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution design and implementation for healthcare or RCM-related products andservices.Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them intotechnical solutions.Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, presentations, and productdemonstrations.Design and integrate systems leveraging cloud platforms, big data tools, and machinelearning models where applicable.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction andsystem reliability.Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration ofsolutions.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensurecompliance and innovation.Document solutions, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and ease ofknowledge transfer.Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and technical support asneeded.Requirements5 to 8 years of experience in solution engineering, systems integration, or relatedroles.Proven experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) industry isrequired.Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, workflows, and compliancerequirements.Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributedsystems.Familiarity with big data tools such as ELK Stack, Hadoop, or Spark is a plus.Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Node.js, or others.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in pre-sales andtechnical discussions.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field froma reputed institution.Preferred SkillsExperience with machine learning models applied in healthcare analytics or frauddetection.Exposure to data pipelines, load testing, and real-time monitoring dashboards.Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy laws (HIPAA), and regulatorycompliance.Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
