Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Engineer / Analyst with experience in renewable energy projects (BESS, Solar PV, Wind). The role requires strong technical expertise in system design, energy yield assessment, and engineering analysis to deliver customized and optimized solutions for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct energy yield assessments, system simulations, and performance analysis using PV Syst.
  • Prepare detailed layouts, single-line diagrams, and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Support design and engineering of customized solutions for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar PV, and Wind projects.
  • Perform technical and financial feasibility analysis to optimize solutions.
  • Carry out costing, simulations, and data analysis using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Project Execution to ensure alignment of solutions with project requirements.
  • Evaluate risks, propose innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Electrical / Power Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 23 years in BESS / Solar / Wind project design and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in PV Syst (energy yield assessment, design, performance analysis).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (layouts, SLDs, detailed drawings).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
