As aTerritory Account Managerwith4+ years of experience , the qualified candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation and strategic growth withinAssigned territory . The role focuses onachieving sales targets ,strengthening customer relationships , and ensuring mutual business growth forSoftcell and its customers . The ideal candidate must becollaborative, proactive, and committedto Softcell’s business objectives while engaging effectively with the broader ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Travel tocustomer sites (minimum 90%)to build and maintain strong relationships. Serve as atrusted advisorto customer leadership, leveraging achallenger-selling approach . Ensureextensive area coverageacrossthe territoryand drive revenue growth forAnsys and Sigmetrix products . Accuratelyforecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams . Target industries includeManufacturing, ESP, Die & Mold, Aerospace, and Automotive . Target Area –Karnataka & Kerala Market . Proactively engage inon-field sales activitiesto meetdaily and weekly KRAs . Leadproduct demos, technical discussions, and proposal presentationsto drive business opportunities. Understand and communicateSoftcell’s value propositionin theCAD, PLM, and Simulation space . Maintain a structured pipeline and provideweekly progress reportson ongoing opportunities.Preferred Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in engineering– Mechanical(from a reputed institute). 4 to 6 yearsinCAD/PLM/Simulation or Manufacturing Industry Sales . Prior experience inaccount management and consultative/solution-based salesis preferred.
