We are building a suite of AI powered, innovative, state-of-the-art, web, and mobile solutions to alleviate the administrative burden of EMR data entry; increase provider satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency; and help improve patient quality of care and life. The solution will weave technology and live scribes together for a comprehensive solution that will simplify and automate todays clinical practices and enhance clinical decision making.

In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze business requirements and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and/or mobile-based applications. You will primarily work with .NET technologies, including MVC, C#, and Web APIs, while utilizing modern React along with HTML, CSS/SCSS for the front-end. A solid understanding of SQL Server and relational databases is essential for this role. Experience working with FHIR APIs, healthcare domain, and HL7 standards is mandatory.

Exposure to React along with HTML, CSS/SCSS for the front-end is beneficial. - Develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

- Participate in and author technical design documents, incl. application integration. Exposure to design patterns and understanding of SOLID principles are desirable.

- Take ownership of product features and work closely with stakeholders to ideate, develop, and rapidly release minimum viable products or solutions.

- Demonstrate extensive experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.

- Assist in designing both client-side and server-side architectures.

- Develop high-quality, scalable, reusable, and well-managed code using .NET components, Web APIs, SQL procedures, JavaScript, and related technologies.

- Debug and resolve code issues, incidents, and defects.

- Proactively communicate status updates and blockers to the team.

- Document technical designs and unit test plans effectively.

- Evaluate and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Utilize AI-powered coding tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and debugging processes.

- Use AI-assisted tool for fhir and hl7 development.

- Stay updated on AI trends in software development and propose innovative ways to leverage AI for improving application performance and user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural Qualifications and skills required :

- Bachelors degree in software engineering, IT or Computer Science (Any certification on technical language courses is a plus)

- Proficient in technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML/CSS

- Hands-on experience with FHIR APIs, HL7 standards is mandatory

- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and development of secure, scalable RESTful APIs using JSON/XML

- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning.

- Proficient in relational databases, especially MS SQL Server.

- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with containerization and virtualization tools.

- Knowledge of modern frameworks, and test automation tools for unit and performance testing.

- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git).

- Proven experience in full-cycle software development, particularly within Agile environments.

- Good to have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS.

- Good to have experience in building highly responsive web applications (UI/UX) using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, XML, and ReactJS.

- Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and interested in integrating AI features into modern web applications.

- Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication in both written and verbal English. Above all, you should love to build and ship products that real people use every day
