Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Management Information Systems (MIS) professional. The candidate will manage and analyze company data, ensure IT systems operate efficiently, and support information management initiatives. Responsibilities include creating detailed reports, supporting decision-making processes with actionable insights, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols. Collaboration with various departments and proactive problem-solving to improve operational efficiency will be crucial aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and analyze complex data effectivelyProficiency in Communication for clear and efficient collaboration across teamsExpertise in Information Management, including managing databases and ensuring data accuracyKnowledge of Information Technology systems and software relevant to MIS rolesUnderstanding of Cybersecurity best practices and protocols to maintain data protectionAbility to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve processesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in data analysis tools, reporting software, or IT systems is advantageous
