What You’ll Own Finance Daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, payouts across Shopify/Amazon/Blinkit/Razorpay GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI coordination Monthly MIS, P&L, budgeting, SKU-level margins, cashflow Financial modeling for forecasting & fundraising Investor MIS, audits, D2 C marketplace reconciliations Legal Reviewing & drafting vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements Working with lawyers for SSHA/SHA, compliance, trademarks, ROC filings Maintain FSSAI, licenses, registrations & legal docs What We’re Looking For 2–5 years in Finance/Accounts (startup/D2 C/FMCG experience preferred) Strong with GST, reconciliation, Excel, P&L, compliance Basic understanding of legal contracts High ownership, speed & accountability Why Moms Made Work directly with founders Build the finance function from scratch Fast-growing, VC-backed brand with massive upside High responsibility + freedom + learning
