Raghvendra Kushwah - Raghvendra is a veteran in Business consulting with overall 22+ years of experience. Before co-founding Eucloid he worked for firms like Accenture Strategy and Cognizant Business Consulting and ran different practices and busiensses for them.He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi), MBA (IIM Lucknow) and LLB (Faculty of Law, Delhi University).

Anuj Gupta - Anuj has led large, diverse Products & Engineering teams with leading tech companies like Adobe and Amazon for 23+ years. In his last role at Amazon, he led a team of 50+ Engineers & 10+ Product Managers for Amazon APAC geos. He is B.Tech. (IIT Delhi) and MBA (ISB Hyderabad).

Job Description :

We are looking for a high-energy individual for the Director/Sr. Principal role at Eucloid.

The Candidate will be a part of the Eucloid leadership team and will independently lead/manage Customer accounts and projects. The candidate will advise clients on multiple business problems and help them achieve desirable business outcomes through projects. The candidate is expected to be a highly motivated individual with an ability to provide strategic & operational leadership for a high-performing, diverse team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & Data Engineers. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:

- Advise, Engage & Manage Senior Client leadership including CXOs, VPs and Directors.

- Lead and Drive Client presentations around specific initiatives & project charters. The candidate is expected to handle ambiguity and drive effective business decisions with the clients.

- Able to identify opportunities within client organizations and work to cultivate those with the help of the rest of the teams.

- Devise project strategy, roadmap & initiatives to help clients meet their business objectives.

- Lead a team to execute the initiatives, carry out project management and maintain a high bar on quality and timeliness of deliverables, including planning work allocation for the team.

- Support business development activities as required by delivering pitch decks, client presentations

- Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures for deliverables including Reports, Analysis, Presentations and Technical Deliverables.

- Recruit, train and mentor new team members

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:

Background:

- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from Top-Tier institution is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of experience (8+ years a plus) in consulting or analytics role with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes for customers.

- 2+ years of experience in leading a >4-member team. Handling larger teams is a plus.

- Prior experience in any Data Platforms/Digital commerce function (Modern Data Stack, Customer Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation etc.) is a plus.

- Prior experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack - Data Engineering, ML, Visualization or Cloud platforms is a plus

Skills:

- Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing CXO-level stakeholders a plus.

- Ability to formulate project strategy & roadmap through Metrics and Data-driven approach.

- Ability to pick-up new technology trends and vocabulary of Big-data Tech stack in a short amount of time.

- Strong expertise in making powerful and effective power-point presentations.

- Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven track record in leadership and talent development for new hires (including new graduates).
