The Opportunity This senior leadership position is critical to shaping the strategic roadmap for Lithium Ion battery systems. You will oversee the full product lifecycle from concept and design through prototyping, validation, and mass production, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the technology strategy for Lithium Ion battery pack development in line with business growth objectives * Lead cross functional teams in delivering world class products for electric vehicles, data centers, and renewable energy applications * Drive innovation in areas including BMS integration, thermal management, and advanced manufacturing processes * Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning with both internal teams and external partners About You * Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (Master's or Doctorate preferred) * 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership within battery systems or related energy storage industries * Proven track record in high voltage Lithium Ion battery pack development covering both automotive and stationary applications * Expertise in product compliance, design for manufacturability, and lifecycle management * Strong thought leadership and the ability to inspire teams to deliver cutting edge solutions This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy technologies with a company committed to investing in innovation, people, and long term growth in a region that is rapidly investing in future mobility.
