This role focuses on developing innovative solutions across battery lifecycle management including recycling, second-life applications, advanced battery management systems, and thermal management technologies that will shape the future of sustainable mobility. Key Responsibilities Battery Technology Innovation Executeinnovative R&D projectsfocused on next-generation battery technologies and applications Leadbattery recyclingresearch and development projects to optimize material recovery and circular economy initiatives Design and implementsecond-life battery applicationsfor stationary energy storage and grid integration Conductbattery testing protocolsand performance validation across various operating conditions Research & Development Developproof-of-concept prototypesfor new battery technologies and system integrations Research and analyse emergingbattery chemistriesand their potential applications in mobility solutions Supportintellectual property developmentthrough patent research and technical documentation Optimizebattery pack designfor 2nd life vehicle and stationary applications Conductlifecycle assessmentsof battery systems from manufacturing to end-of-life management Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degreein Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 1–3 years experiencein battery technology, energy storage systems, or automotive engineering Experience withbattery testing, BMS development,or thermal management systems preferred EV/Energy storageindustry exposure preferred Technical Expertise Battery technology fundamentalsincluding lithium-ion, solid-state, and emerging chemistries Thermal managementsystems including cooling strategies, heat exchangers, and HVAC design Testing equipmentoperation (battery analyzers, thermal chambers, oscilloscopes) Simulation softwareexperience (MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar) CAD softwareproficiency for mechanical design and system integration Data analysisskills using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools Core Competencies Innovation mindsetwith passion for developing breakthrough battery technologies Problem-solvingabilities for complex technical challenges in battery systems Project managementskills to lead R&D initiatives from concept to implementation Cross-functional collaborationwith ability to work across engineering disciplines Technical communicationto present complex concepts to diverse audiences Continuous learningattitude toward emerging battery technologies and industry trendsWhat We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge battery innovation projects Access to state-of-the-art testing facilities and R&D infrastructure Collaboration with leading battery technology researchers and industry experts Platform to shape the future of sustainable energy storage solutions Professional development in the rapidly evolving battery technology landscape
