Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality games and interactive experiences using Unity game engine.

- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to implement game features, mechanics, and systems.

- Optimize game performance for various platforms, including PC, console, and mobile devices.

- Implement game functionality as per design specifications, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

- Utilize scripting languages such as C# to develop gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and AI behaviors.

- Integrate third-party SDKs and plugins for analytics, monetization, and social features.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase, providing timely resolution and optimizations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in game development technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.

- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Unity game engine and C# programming language.

- Strong understanding of game development principles, including game mechanics, physics, and animation.

- Experience with game design patterns and architecture, such as MVC, MVVM, and ECS.

- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation tools, such as Blender or Maya.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.

- Experience with shader programming and visual effects in Unity.

- Understanding of mobile optimization techniques for iOS and Android platforms.

- Knowledge of networking and multiplayer game development is a plus.

- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) development.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unity.

- Proven track record of shipping high-quality games or interactive experiences.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in Unity game development.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for gaming and a desire to create memorable and enjoyable experiences for players.

- Continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
