Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mohali.

This is a full-time, mid-level position perfect for someone passionate about blockchain and digital innovation.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in building robust applications and have a strategic mindset to help bring groundbreaking Web 3.0 solutions to life.

Qualifications And Skills :

- Proficiency in the mern stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (Mandatory skill).

- Solid experience with RDBMS for effective data management and relational database handling in complex applications.

- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, enabling you to craft responsive and dynamic web interfaces.

- Experience working with TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability in larger codebases.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture for scalable and distributed application development.

- Competency in AWS for deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud applications efficiently.

- Strong understanding of deployment processes to ensure seamless application releases and updates.

- Experience with version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the development team, driving best practices and technical innovations in full-stack development.

- Architect and implement complex web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
