Looking for a Freelance Team Centre Trainer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.

There are multiple openings. Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions on PLM and Teamcenter concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Design and prepare training materials, exercises, and real-world use cases to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops, classroom, or virtual sessions for participants at various levels.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, resolve queries, and support learners during training.
  • Assess participants' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators to continuously improve training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in PLM and Teamcenter.
  • Proven experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer.
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules, workflows, and customization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, simple, and practical manner.

What we need
