Job responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business/project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents/process.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Estimate the effort and Budget Required based on the scope and change in demand.

- Good Experience in customer/stakeholder and project management.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and the milestones and deliverables.

- Prepare and update progress reports, metrics dashboards.

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Build and develop strong business relationships with partners and customers vital for the project's success and business continuity.

Knowledge of Banking domain.

- Payment's domain knowledge will be a plus.

- Good experience in Team management, Communication Skills, interpersonal skills, Risk mitigations and Planning.

- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews

- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

- Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization

- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery

- Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring

- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.

- Should be strong in Client Relationship management

- Should have leadership qualities to guide and motivate team

- Should have exceptional project management skills

- Should possess basic technical knowledge around the architecture to discuss the same with client at a very high level

- Should oversee all the parts of the project in terms of existing deliveries and upcoming requirements.
