Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in general trade channels2. Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.3. Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities to increase market share.4. Develop and implement plans to improve the distribution, penetration, and visibility of our products.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to achieve business objectives.Requirements1. MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience.2. Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.3. Strong understanding of general trade channels and market dynamics.4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.5.
