The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple project teams, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to commissioning.Key Responsibilities• Lead and monitor all project activities — from design, procurement, and construction to commissioning.• Supervise and coordinate multiple teams working across different project sites.• Track work progress, employee KPIs, and ensure accountability across departments.• Prepare and report performance metrics, project status, and operational updates to the Board on a regular basis.• Ensure compliance with technical standards, timelines, and cost targets.• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.• Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.Requirements• Proven experience in ground-mount solar power-plant design and execution.• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar senior management or leadership role.• Strong project-management, analytical, and leadership skills.• Excellent communication and team-coordination abilities.• Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.• Hindi is an added advantage.• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.What We Offer• Opportunity to lead a dynamic and mission-driven renewable-energy company.• Highly competitive Salary package for the right Candidate.- • Collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on sustainability and performance.
