Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the analysis and development of data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including databases, applications, and market research.

- Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Python and custom solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Utilize proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, DynamoDB, and Aerospike to access, manipulate, and store data effectively.

- Leverage familiarity with warehouse operations to optimize performance and efficiency, particularly within Amazon Redshift.

- Develop and implement business intelligence dashboards and visualizations using tools like Metabase and Python/R libraries for location data to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and develop new ones using deployment pipeline technologies such as Docker, Git, Jenkins, and AWS Lambda.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Document data analysis processes and findings clearly and concisely.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the analytics field and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- 3+ years of experience working with analytics tools, including Python, SQL, and Colab notebooks.

- Proficiency in database management, with experience in PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, DynamoDB, and Aerospike.

- Familiarity with data warehouse operations, particularly Amazon Redshift.

- Extensive experience in ETL processes, utilizing Python and custom-made solutions.

- Competence in Business Intelligence and Visualization tools, such as Metabase, and Python/R libraries for location data.

- Proficiency in deployment pipeline technologies, including Docker, Git, Jenkins, and AWS Lambda.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
